  1. Mix the dry ingredients like wheat flour, maida, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar together.
  2. Then add oil, curd and milk. Mix well. Knead a soft dough.Add water only if required.
  3. Once kneaded, apply oil on top and cover the dough with wet napkin. Keep aside for about 2 hours for best results
  4. Meanwhile in a bowl prepare garlic butter by adding crushed garlic and chillies in melted butter.
  5. After 2 hours, knead the dough once again for 1 minute. Now take small portion roll into oval shape, elongated shape.
  6. Spread some kalonji and mint leaves powder and roll once again.
  7. Meanwhile heat tawa on gas.
  8. Now on the opposite side of the naan apply water evenly. Put this side on the tawa on medium flame.
  9. Once you start seeing bubbles turn the tawa and cook the naan directly in the flame.
  10. Once cooked and brown spots appear remove the naan on plate.
  11. Brush the garlic butter on the cooked naan. Serve with any restaurant style sabzi.
