- Prepare Oil
- Get 500 g Mince: Beef and/or Lamb, or Sausage
- Take 1-2 Onions, diced
- Get 6-8 Garlic cloves, Minced

- Make ready 1 tin crushed tomatoes
- Prepare 1 tin Tomato Sauce
- Prepare 300 ml Beef Stock and/or Red Wine
- Take 20 ml Balsamic / Red Wine Vinegar
- Get 50 ml Worcestershire Sauce
- Take Water (as needed)
- Take Bay Leaf, Oregano, Thyme, Basil, Red Pepper, Salt, Pepper
- Get Carb of Choice: Pasta, Rice, Potato, Squash, etc
- Get Coriander (for garnish)

Instructions to make Bolognese (Tomato & Beef Base):
- Fry garlic, onions, mushrooms, mince alltogether. Add all spices, except bay leaf. Cook for a bit.
- Add crushed tomatoes & Broth mix: Stock, Wine, Vinegar, Worcestershire, Tomato sauce, Water. Add bay leaf. Simmer for 15-20 min. Taste & add spices as needed. Add water as needed.
- Serve with carb choice. Use coriander as garnish.
We served ours over oodles of zoodles (zucchini noodles) this week. But it could just as easily have been placed. Low FODMAP Red Wine & Tomato Lamb Stew.
