  1. Take 400 g rigatoni or pappardelle
  2. Make ready 1/2 glass white wine

  2. Add the wine and the rosemary to the meat and cook for about 1 hour on low heat. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Remove the rosemary and add the pasta to the pan and mix together. Plate it up and add a drizzle of olive oil and add some parmesan cheese.
