Hello everybody, hope you are having an incredible day today. Today, we’re going to prepare a special dish, granola. One of my favorites. For mine, I’m gonna make it a little bit tasty. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Granola is one of the most favored of recent trending foods on earth. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. It is easy, it’s quick, it tastes delicious. They are nice and they look wonderful. Granola is something that I’ve loved my whole life.

To get started with this recipe, we must first prepare a few components. You can cook granola using 13 ingredients and 11 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Granola:
  1. Take 1/4 cup raw honey
  2. Make ready 1/2 cup natural organic peanut butter (I use one with only peanuts as ingredient)
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  4. Make ready 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  5. Get 1/2 cup crushed mixed nuts of choice
  6. Take 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  7. Get 4 Tbs chia seeds
  8. Get 2 Tbs cinnamon
  9. Get 2 Tbs real vanilla
  10. Take 2 Tbs oil of choice
  11. Make ready 2 cups old fashioned oats
  12. Prepare 2 cups dried fruit of choice
  13. Take Cocao nibs optional
Steps to make Granola:
  1. Preheat oven to 300
  2. Mix honey, pb, oil, cinnamon and vanilla very thoroughly
  3. Add nuts, seeds, coconut and oats
  4. Mix thoroughly
  5. On parchment lined baking sheet, press out granola
  6. If you crowd the pan you will end up with granola clusters, if you would rather have a crumbly granola spread it onto two pans
  7. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes
  8. Do NOT stir as it bakes
  9. Add dried fruit and cocao nibs
  10. Allow to cool completely before breaking into pieces
  11. Store in an air tight container in the fridge
