  1. Get 100 gms methi
  2. Take Half cup besan
  3. Prepare 2 tsp kanki korma aata
  4. Prepare 2 tsp warm oil
  5. Prepare 2 tsp fresh coriander
  6. Get 5-7 green chopped chilli
  7. Get 2 tsp sugar
  8. Make ready To taste Salt
  9. Get Pinch soda
  10. Make ready As needed Oil for frying

Instructions to make Methi gota:
  1. Wash Methi bhaji, green coriander and keep aside
  2. Take one bowl mix methi coriander and chopped chilli
  3. Add besan and kanki korma aata mix as well add slightly water as per requirement of better
  4. Add some salt as per taste with soda and warm oil
  5. Mix as well and better is ready
  6. Fry in hot oil
  7. Fry in Slow or medium flame
  8. Fry golden brown
  9. Now methi gota is ready serve with masala tea
