Christmas trifle is one of the most favored of current trending meals on earth. It’s easy, it is fast, it tastes delicious. It is appreciated by millions daily. They’re fine and they look wonderful. Christmas trifle is something that I have loved my entire life.

To begin with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few components. You can cook christmas trifle using 7 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Christmas trifle:
  1. Take 500 ml milk
  2. Take 1/2 cup semiya
  3. Get 1/4 cup sugar
  4. Get 1 tbsp custard powder
  5. Get 3/4 cup strawberry sauce
  6. Make ready Handful mixed dry fruits and berries
  7. Take 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Steps to make Christmas trifle:
  1. In a pan, add milk and keep for boiling. Once boiled up, take out 2 tbsp milk in a separate bowl and keep aside. Now in the boiled milk in pan, add sugar and keep on low to medium flame and stir until sugar dissolves.
  2. Now add the semiya (used roasted semiya) and let it get cooked. Once the semiya soften and milk is reduced. Now add cardamom powder and mix well. Now gradually add the custard powder and milk mixture and stir continuously. Keep on low flame and stir continuously until the consistency thicken.
  3. Once the semiya custard is ready, switch off the flame and let it completely cool down. Now keep in refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until chilled.
  4. Now take two serving glasses, fill the bottom layer with strawberry sauce. Keep in the freezer for at least 30 minutes to set.
  5. After 30 minutes, takeout the glasses. Pour the semiya Custard as the second layer. Now again keep in the freezer for 15-30 minutes.
  6. After 30 minutes, take out the glasses from freezer, garnish with mixed dry fruits and berries on top. Serve it or keep in refrigerator, take out before serving.
