  7. Prepare 2 tsp condensed milk
  8. Get 1 tbsp tutti fruti
  9. Prepare 1 tsp cardamom powder

Beat butter and sugar till creamy. Add flours and sugar and mix with hands till the mixture resembles bread crumbs. Add milk slowly till the mixture comes together as a stiff dough. Digestive biscuits are hard, semi-sweet biscuits sometimes known as sweetmeal biscuits.

  1. First in a grinder jar,take digestive biscuits,1 tsp sugar and choco powder. Grind all ingredients well and make fine powder.
  2. In a bowl take biscuit powder,add milk and mix all ingredients well and make a dough.
  3. Now take this dough and make small ball with it and put it onto butter paper and roll it well. Now cut small circle shape.make more circle shape like this.biscuit circles are ready.
  4. Now for stuffing in a plate take coconut powder, condensed milk,cardamom powder and tutti fruti. Mix all ingredients well. Stuffing is ready.
  5. Now take biscuit circle. Put 1 tsp stuffing on it. And fold it and make gujia shapeand some design on it with fork.
  6. Make more gujia like this. Digestive gujia are ready. Put it into fridge for about 15 minutes. Enjoy chilled.
