  17. Make ready as needed Oil to add in the aatta

In traditional Indian cuisine, they are deep-fried (and that is still and option). Beef and potatoes are the main ingredients folded inside these wonderful deep fried samosas. Chicken livers may be substituted for beef, if you choose. My friend from Bangladesh gave me this savory, spicy recipe.

Instructions to make Samosa:
  1. Boil the potatoes. Add some salt while boiling. Don't cut the potatoes while boiling. Mash it properly once it is cool. Add masala. Prepare oil for seasoning. Add mustard and jeera and let it crackle.
  2. Add into mashed potatoes mixture. Mix it well. Add coriander leaves and mix it again.
  3. Take dough ingredients and bind it with some water. Give rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll it a little bit thick. Cut it into two parts. Give a cone shape.
  5. Stuff the potatoes mixture and close it properly. Keep it in the fridge for 20 minutes. Fry on low flame. It will take time. Serve with tea or ketchup.

Chicken livers may be substituted for beef, if you choose. My friend from Bangladesh gave me this savory, spicy recipe. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion until golden.
