  18. Get as needed Salt
  19. Prepare 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  20. Make ready 1/2 tsp. Garam masala
  21. Prepare 1/4 tsp. Asafoetida
  22. Prepare As required Oil for fry
  23. Get as required Coconut chutney to serve

In marathi 'alu' is pronounced as अळू whereas in hindi its आलू. 'patal' means thin. Colocasia leaves are green coloured heart shaped leaves of the plant which is rich in many nutrients.   3. Now make kone shape from colocasia leaves.n fill Potato masala mixture in a a colocasia corn apply batter on edges n seal.
  4. For batter:- Mix batter n rice flour asofoetida salt red chilli powder garam masala pinch soda n pour 1tsphot oil on soda mix properly. Make batter like pakoda.
  5. Heat oil in a pan. Coat colocasia samosa with batter n fry. Tasty innovative Colocasia Samosa is ready to serve. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
