  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  14. Prepare 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  15. Get 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
  16. Take 1/2 tsp garam massala
  17. Take 1 tsp chat massala

  2. Add 1/2 water and start to knead the dough. Knead the tight dough adding water as required. Cover and rest for 20 minutes.
  3. Samosa stuffing preparation. Heat a pan add oil, jeera, hing, ginger, green chilly. Cook on medium flame and saute it.
  4. Add red chili powder, coriander powder, jeera powder garam masala amchur, and salt. Saute it on low flame. Now add mashed potatoes cook on low flame.
  5. Now remove the dough and make 3 equal balls out of the dough. Roll the dough very thin to form a square shape. Cut the sides so that they form a square shape.
  6. Cut it in half from the larger side, put one part on another in opposite direction and get a plus sign.
  7. Now on the center part put potato mixture.
  8. Wet the edges with water, now put one part and cover the potato mixture. Seal the corners with little water. Now do the same with the next part.
  9. Cut the remaining two portion to get strips, (do not separate it) Take one strip and cover the potato mixture, now take the strip from another part and make a mat design with them. Do this one by one, Seal the corners with little bit of water.
  10. Now deep fry them until it turns golden from both sides.
  11. Serve hot with green chutney.
