  18. Make ready 1/2 tsp garam masala
  19. Make ready 1 tsp powdered sugar (optional)
  20. Prepare 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
  21. Take 8-10 cashew
  22. Prepare 10-12 peanut (optional)
  23. Prepare handful raisins
  24. Get 3 tsp oil
  25. Make ready as needed Oil for frying

In traditional Indian cuisine, they are deep-fried (and that is still and option). Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion until golden. Beef and potatoes are the main ingredients folded inside these wonderful deep fried samosas. Chicken livers may be substituted for beef, if you choose.

Steps to make Samosa:
  1. Firstly take a bowl add flour carrom seeds salt and oil and crumble by hand now add water and make a dough and cover it & rest atlest 1/2 hour
  2. For stuffing take a pan heat the oil then add Cummin seeds fennel seeds sesmee seeds coriander seeds green chillie ginger red chilli powder turmeric powder salt garam masala & dry mango powder and soute for a minute
  3. After that add mashed potatoes peas and mix well and lastly add cashew raising peanut and coriander and mix well now turn off tha gas now take a samosa dough divide in equal portion take a one portion and roll it and cut the center of the samosa patti
  4. Now take one samosa patti and joint by hand and put the stuffing inside then apply the lil bit of water in side of samosa and seal it now make all samosa like this process now heat the oil and fry the samosa on middium flame and serve hot with green chutney and tumrind chutney
