  5. Now take the Samosa leaves /sheets / Patti(, make slurry from the flour and water to use as glue to stick the samosas) fold it by holding a corner into triangle then opposite folded part pick it up bring it on the unfolded part it forms a pocket keep filling inside.
  6. Again completing the triangle by holding the top angle and keeping on the unfolded part making another triangle.
  7. Apply the sllurry and pack it nicely into samosas.
  8. Now you may also make square shaped samosa/parcels by taking 2 sheets placing one over the other with the center parts over other and sides opposite.
  9. Now put a filling in the center and close it alternately flapping one corner over other. Seal it nicely and parcels are ready
  10. These can be stored in freezer for a month. Fry the samosas into oil until golden and then enjoy with chutney, ketchup etc
