  6. Take 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  7. Take 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  8. Take 1/2 tsp chat masala
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp oregano
  10. Take 4 tsp vegetable oil
  11. Prepare 1/2 cup bread crumb
  12. Get 1/4 tsp cumin seed
  13. Take 1 tsp chopped chilli
Instructions to make Moong Dal-Suji Roll with Paneer Stuffing:
  1. Boil the moong dal with turmeric powder and salt
  2. Put 1 TS of vegetable oil on heated pan and once oil heated put cumin seed and chopped chilli, chilli powder and onion -garlic masala,then add boiled moong dal and mix it till it dry.
  3. After the above mix is little cool, add suji and further mix.
  4. Prepare the grated paneer with oregano, chilli flake and chat masala.
  5. Take the moong dal-suji dough, make a small ball and create space to stuff the paneer mix and give the roll shape carefully, then coat with bread crumb and keep the roll for 20 minutes in side the refrigerator.
  6. Take the roll from refrigerator and shallow fry in vegetable oil till it is brown.Enjoy to eat the roll with any tasteful dip.
