  1. Seperate eggs, and mix egg whites, cinnamon, and eggnog in shallow bowl big enough to lay a slice of bread flat.
  2. Put slice of bread into bowl, and press flat. Let sit for a few seconds. Flip bread over and repeat.
  3. Put bread/egg into preheated and greased frying pan. Cook until browned, then flip bread over.
  4. Put bread on plate, slice in half, and eat! I covered my toast with a little bit of peanut butter and syrup.

Let the French toast cool slightly and then finish with a sprinkling of confectioners' sugar. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, eggnog, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg until combined. Pour mixture over bread and press bread down, making sure all pieces are submerged in eggnog-egg mixture. You want the side on the skillet to be nice and golden brown.
