  1. Peel, Wash and grate mooli. Wash its leaves with running water and pat dry in kitchen towel and chop it nicely and mix with grated mooli. Add 1 bowl wheat flour, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam, carrom seeds, chopped green chilli and grated ginger.
  2. Mix it thorougly with hands till it mix well. Now knead it by adding little water slowly. Make a soft dough. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  3. Take a portion of dough and make a ball. Dust it with wheat flour and roll a round paratha.
  4. Heat a griddle. Put it on griddle and roast for 2 minutes and then flip the side and roast from other side also.
  5. Now apply cooking oil on it and roast on medium flame till golden. Flip the side and apply oil on this side also and roast till it turn golden brown. Like wise make all the parathas.
  6. Serve hot with butter or pickle or curd.
