Dough should remain soft and slightly sticky. Sticky Buns It's impossible to eat just one of these soft, yummy sticky buns—they have wonderful old-fashioned goodness. But hey, if you're more interested in Classic Cinnamon Rolls, I get it. The problem with these sticky buns, loaded with melted brown sugar and pecans, is that they are irresistible.

Sticky buns is one of the most well liked of current trending foods in the world. It is appreciated by millions daily. It’s simple, it is fast, it tastes yummy. They’re nice and they look fantastic. Sticky buns is something which I have loved my whole life.

The ingredients needed to make Sticky buns:
  1. Make ready 1 package Rhodes frozen dinner rolls
  2. Make ready 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
  3. Make ready 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts or pecans
  4. Get 1 tsp cinnamon
  5. Prepare 4 Tbsp butter

Sticky buns are traditionally topped with caramel and pecans or other nuts. The cinnamon roll part is placed on top of the caramel sauce and chopped nuts. After baking, the pan is inverted and the caramel and nuts then form a sticky 'sauce' on the top of the bun. Also, with cinnamon rolls, the topping is added after the rolls have been baked.

Steps to make Sticky buns:
  1. Place dinner rolls in a bowl and cover with a kitchen towel. Let the dough rise until it has doubled in size.
  2. Prepare the topping by mixing 3/4 cups of brown sugar with the nuts and two tbsp of the butter. - Spread on the bottom of a greased 9 x 12 baking pan
  3. Prepare the filling by mixing the cinnamon with 3/4 cup of the brown sugar and two Tbsp of butter.
  4. Roll the dough out flat on a floured surface. - Spread cinnamon sugar mix over the dough.
  5. Roll the dough into a log approx 12-14 inches long. - Slice into 12 rolls and place on top of nut mixture . - Let rolls sit for 1 hour to rise again.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until golden brown. - Nut mixture will began to bubble during the last 10 - 15 minutes of baking.
  7. Cool in pan and invert onto serving plate. - YUMMY !

After baking, the pan is inverted and the caramel and nuts then form a sticky 'sauce' on the top of the bun. Also, with cinnamon rolls, the topping is added after the rolls have been baked. My Best-Ever Sticky Buns recipe was born at this same time and now I get to share it with you! Similar to a lot of my doughs I have made previously, this is a No Knead Dough, which means you don't need to knead the dough on a machine to develop the gluten. You just need to mix everything by hand in a bowl and then leave to rest.
