Suya-spiced pasta stir-fry is one of the most popular of recent trending meals in the world. It’s easy, it is quick, it tastes yummy. It’s enjoyed by millions daily. Suya-spiced pasta stir-fry is something that I have loved my entire life. They’re nice and they look fantastic.

Toss Suya Sauce with cooked, chilled pasta, a splash of soy sauce, and top with sliced green onions. Add leftover shredded chicken for a fast and flavorful meal. • Use Suya Sauce to create a smoky, spicy, nutty stir-fry. Add to stir-fried veggies with ginger and garlic and serve over rice. In a bowl, mix egg, thyme, curry, seasoning cube, diced green, red and yellow bell peppers, chilli pepper and salt to taste Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or a trying pan Deep yam into egg mixture and put a reasonable amount of diced green, red and yellow bell peppers on top of the yam Put as many yam as the deep fryer can take Toss Suya Sauce with cooked, chilled pasta, a splash of soy sauce, and top with sliced green onions.

The ingredients needed to make Suya-spiced pasta stir-fry:
  1. Take 200 g sphagetti
  2. Make ready 2 tablespoons suya spice
  3. Get Suya
  4. Take 1 cooking spoon of vegetable oil or any oil of your choice
  5. Take 1 red onion bulb
  6. Prepare 2 garlic cloves
  7. Make ready 1 red bell pepper, strips
  8. Prepare 1 yellow bell pepper, strips
  9. Get 1 green bell pepper, strips
  10. Make ready Stir-fry chicken (optional)
  11. Take 1/4 tablespoon crushed chili flakes (Optional)
  12. Get 3 scotch bonnet peppers
  13. Take 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  14. Take 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  15. Take 1 seasoning cube
  16. Make ready 1 cup pasta water
  17. Make ready to taste Salt

I made it using two forms peanuts. The roasted peanuts and the peanut powder. The recipe with the roasted peanuts is more authentic than the one with the peanut powder which isn't surprising since the originators of the suya spice mix make theirs using Kuli Kuli ( a fried peanut snack) I decided to share both recipes just in case you. Using a bowl, season your shredded beef with suya spice, ginger, black pepper and allow to sit for an hour if you can or you can use immediately if you are very hungry.

Steps to make Suya-spiced pasta stir-fry:
  1. Start by throwing in some vegetable oil into the pan. Let it heat up just a little then throw in the chicken and fry. Eye ball the chicken until its slightly golden in color then take off heat
  2. Next, throw in the onion and sauté it. Grate in the garlic cloves and sauté together
  3. Next, add some scotch bonnet peppers for some freshness, get them all around as well. Add the crushed chili flakes for some extra extra heat and stir it to go, add the suya spice, curry powder and thyme for extra flavour and then the seasoning cube. Add the green, red and yellow bell peppers and stir again
  4. Add the second star of the dish which is the suya. Everything goes in so it can lend some flavour to the dish, then stir all together. Throw in all the fried chicken
  5. Next up, pour in some pasta water into the pan (This is the water I got when I cooked my pasta). Give it a good stir, spinkle a little salt because the suya spice already contain some salt
  6. Next, throw all the pre-cooked sphagetti in, use the cooking tong to coat it generally by tossing it with the suya-spiced sauce. Then we done! done!! done!!!

Using a bowl, season your shredded beef with suya spice, ginger, black pepper and allow to sit for an hour if you can or you can use immediately if you are very hungry. In a pot of boiling water, immerse your noodles for one minute, add one tablespoon of oil as you are boiling the noodles, take out and strain. When hot, crush in the garlic, chicken breast. Immediately use a cooking spoon to flatten them so that they don't over lap each other.
