  5. Prepare 2 Tbsp MSG
  6. Make ready 200 g beansprouts
  7. Make ready 3 spring onions (green part) chopped

  1. In a non-stick wok, on a medium heat add the oil. After 30 seconds add the onions and peppers until the onions have browned.
  2. Add soy sauce, MSG and noodles and mix until coated, cook for 3 minutes (stir)
  3. Add beansprouts and spring onions and cook for a further 2 minutes.
  4. Serve hot, serves three as a main or 5-6 as a side dish.
