  3. In a small bowl to the chopped tomatoes add chopped garlic, chopped basil and salt and pepper and set aside
  4. In a non-stick wok add a little olive oil and toast the bread slices
  5. Add the hummus in both the slices, add chopped tomatoes and scrambled eggs. Assemble and enjoy
