- Wash n clean the strawberries. Cut them into small pieces.
- Add water to it. Add sugar, salt n pepper n put the vessel on boil. Once the boiling starts, keep the flame on low.
- Let it boil for 10 minutes or until the strawberries become soft. Let the mixture cool down on room temperature. N sieve it for the smooth pulp.
- Now add readymade lychee juice in glass. You can puree the lychees n have juice but I used amul tru lychee juice. Add the strawberry pulp to it
