  12. Get 2 tbsp cornstarch
  13. Take as required coriander leaves

  15. Take 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  16. Make ready 2 tbsp green chutney
  17. Prepare 1 cheese slice
  18. Prepare 2-3 cabbage leaves
  19. Prepare 1 onion sliced
  20. Get 2 tomatoes sliced for serving
  21. Get as required Butter
  22. Make ready 1 burger bun
  23. Get as required Potato chips for serving
  24. Take as required Tomato sauce and green chutney
Instructions to make Veggie Burger:
  1. Mix to gather all vegetables, ginger chilli paste, salt, garam masala, chat masala, Coriander leaves, breadcrumbs, and cornstarch in bowl.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and round shape into cutlets.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry cutlets. Drain on absorbent paper.
  4. Slice burger bun horizontally
  5. Heat a pan place the slices on it and toast till crisp, apply some butter to the slices and toast for a more second. remove from heat and set aside.
  6. Make chutney mayonnaise, mix together in a bowl.
  7. Place a cheese slice on the base half of the bun and top with some cabbage leaves.
  8. Slice an onion, tomato slices over the slices.
  9. Place them on the cabbage leaf top with chutney mayonnaise, tomato onion slices, cheese slices, some more chutney mayonnaise and cover with the top half of the bun.
  10. Serve immediately with tomato slices, potatoes chips, green chutney and tomato sauce
