  1. Heat the oil in a wok until nice and hot over a high heat. Once hot add in the cooked sausage pieces, bell pepper, spring onion, msg, salt, ginger and garlic. Fry until nice and fragrant.
  2. Add in the cooked rice and stir through. Drizzle over a bit of light soy sauce, around 2-3 tbsp worth and then add a tiny dash dark soy. Mix everything together then toss a few times to evenly incorporate all the ingredients. Serve up and enjoy! :)
