  1. Make ready 4 eggs
  2. Get 1/2 onion
  3. Take 1/4 bell pepper
  4. Take Hand full spinich
  5. Prepare Garlic granules
  6. Prepare Tinned mackerel or sardines
  7. Prepare Olive oil
  8. Get Red pepper powder
  9. Prepare All purpose seasoning
  10. Take Wraps
  11. Prepare Mayonnaise

Instructions to make Egg Burrito:
  1. In a wok, ad oil. When heated up, saltay chopped onions and garlic granules. Add thinly sliced peppers, and allow to cook. Then add spinach, and cook.
  2. In a bowl, and in eggs and seasoning, then beat (*optional add a little bit of milk).
  3. Add mackerel to the cooked vegetables and cook for a little while, then pour eggs.
  4. Slowly cook and fold eggs, until fully cooked
  5. Add mayonnaise to wraps, then put eggs on top, (*optional add ketchup or hot sauce) and fold into a Burrito.
  6. Then you are finished, enjoy!!!
