  6. Prepare 5 cloves garlic (puré)
  7. Prepare 3 stalks lemon grass (smashed)
  8. Make ready 2 tablespoon ginger powder
  9. Get 10 gm curry leaf
  10. Take 1 teaspoon spices cumin powder
  11. Get 250 gm fried tofu
  12. Get 500 gm coconut milk
  13. Take 5 dl water
  14. Take 1 dl cooking oil
  15. Prepare Base
  16. Make ready 400 gm dried egg noodles (boiled with water for 6min)
  17. Make ready 300 gm beansprouts
  18. Make ready 6 boiled eggs
  19. Prepare Optional
  20. Take leaf Sweet potatoes
Instructions to make Malaysia curry noodles (Laksa):
  1. Curry soup:- heat up a pot add in cooking oil, firstly add in the sambal paste, lemon grass, shallot puré, garlic puré, curry powder, spices cumin, curry leaf and turmeric powder. Stir well. Cook for 10min in high heat.
  2. Then add in the tofu and drumsticks.
  3. Then stir well. Cook for another 10min in medium heat. Add in the coconut milk. Let it boiled for another 10min.
  4. Then turn the heat into lower heat. Cook for another 25min, then is ready.
