  6. Make ready 1/2 tsp Lemon juice/ Aamchur(dry mango) powder

  1. Washed Brussels and remove last skin i.e. green and rough outer leaves, cut into 4-6 pieces.
  2. Heat the butter on low medium flame then give tadka with seeds and Asafetida.
  3. Shallow fry chilies, Brussels, add lemons juice again cook for 1-2 mins. It will be more crunchy and tasty. Very healthy dish.
