  5. Nearly there last step the poaching in the same pan you fried the potatoes in fill it about 2 inches high with water bring it to the boil Crack the eggs in for about 2-4 mins until you have a firm white and a nice soft yolk and drain slide your potatoes on a plate with your eggs and let your tastebuds dance hope you all enjoy this as much as I did 😊
