  9. Prepare 1 pinch soda bicarbonate
  10. Get 1 pinch asafoetida
  11. Make ready 1/2 turmeric powder
  12. Prepare 2 tsp red chilli powder
  13. Make ready As per taste Salt
  14. Prepare For filling:
  15. Take 1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
  16. Get 1/2 cup soya boiled and grinded
  17. Make ready 2 tbsp grated coconut
  18. Make ready 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  19. Prepare 2 tsp ginger and garlic paste
  20. Make ready As per taste Salt and sugar as per taste
Steps to make Stuffed Steamed Muthias:
  1. Mix salt and sugar in the chopped fenugreek leaves and rub to make them soft.
  2. Soak the soya granules over night. Then boil the soya granules. For 15 minutes.
  3. Blend the soya granules.
  4. Mash the boiled potatoes.
  5. Add flour, fenugreek and rest of the ingredients and add the filling ingredients and Mix everything lightly and well.
  6. Divide in 9 portion and make rolls.
  7. Arrange all the 9 Muthias rolls in a steam pot. Steam for 25 minutes.
  8. Cut it in round slices and shallow fry them with little oil in a pan.
  9. Serve them with sauce or chutney.
