  2. Clean the shrimp by removing the head, the legs and the caparace and then remove the intestine by cutting the back of the shrimps. Sauté the shrimp in a pan with olive oil, add salt.
  3. When the pumpkin is cooked, remove the garlic and use a blender to purée it. Drain the pasta al dente, toss with the pumpkin cream and shrimps.
  4. Skip the pasta with pumpkin and shrimps for a few minutes before serving, if you prefer, with raw olive oil.
