  2. Break the chocolate into chunks and place in a microwave friendly bowl. Then also add the almond butter and cocoa butter. Melt in the microwave for 30 secs at a time, stirring after each blast until it’s liquid and well combined.
  3. Line a tin with clingfilm and very lightly grease the film with a light tasting oil or some butter. Pour the melted chocolate into the tin. Scatter your toppings then if you used unsalted nuts, grind a touch of sea salt over the top.
  4. Chill in the fridge until set then carefully cut into bars or break into pieces.
