  1. Take 1 litre Full fat milk
  2. Make ready 150 gms Milk made
  3. Get 2-3 drops Keora water or gulab jal
  4. Make ready 2 pinches Cardomom powder or crushed
  5. Get 2-3 tbsp Vodka
  6. Get as required Dry fruits (khajur, almonds, cashew and raisins)
Instructions to make Rabdi shots:
  1. Boil your milk with dates, dates should be dried not the soggy or wet ones.
  2. Once it gets simmer cook it on low flame until dates get dissolved and give good caramel type colour.
  3. Add milkmaid according to your sweet tooth and keep stirring and stirring until it becomes thick rabdi type texture.
  4. Add kewra water or gulab jal once the texture is achieved.
  5. For vodka you can add first if you want only the flavour.
  6. But I prefer to add at end-stage for a better taste of alcohol Or you can soak raisins and almonds in it.
  7. Garnish it with some sugar work. - PS:- dont burn yourself it's quite risky.
