  1. Take Beef-slices
  2. Take Frozen Japanese udon
  3. Take Shimeji mushrooms
  4. Get Beef sauce
  5. Take Brown sugar

The savory dashi broth, well-seasoned beef, caramelized scallion and. It's spicy and savory with a great mix of textures - the suppleness of the udon, the chew of the beef, and the crunch of properly cooked vegetables. Yakiudon is stir-fried Udon noodles with meat and vegetables. It is so easy and quick to make that it is more home cooking rather than restaurant food.

Steps to make Japanese beef stir-fried udon:
  1. Wash the shimeji mushroom and cut / separate them
  2. Boil the udon for around 1 minute till soft
  3. Fry the mushrooms for a while before putting in the beef slices as mushrooms take longer to cook
  4. Add in the udon
  5. Add in Japanese beef sauce + 1-2 teaspoons of brown sugar and stir
  6. Add in sesame oil, stir and serve!

Yakiudon is stir-fried Udon noodles with meat and vegetables. It is so easy and quick to make that it is more home cooking rather than restaurant food. Even though Yakiudon isn't fancy Japanese food, with a lot of vegetables and meat, it is still a very good thing for you to eat. Stir fry Apply the sesame oil in a fry pan and stir fry onion and garlic on low heat until the flavours are infused into the oil. Add the beef and stir fry until slightly colour is changed.
