  7. Make ready white pepper crushed
  8. Make ready salt

  11. Get oyster sauce
  12. Get pepper sauce
  13. Prepare crushed red chilli flakes / to taste
  14. Make ready garlic, minced
  15. Prepare ginger minced
  16. Take vegetable oil
  17. Make ready capsicum multicolour, cut into slice
  18. Get small onions, cut into wedges
  19. Make ready green chilli cut into big pieces
  20. Take Spring onion chopped
  21. Take water / as you needed
Instructions to make Beef Szechuan:
  1. Toss beef with cornstarch, egg white,crushed white pepper,sesame oil and salt in non-metal bowl. Cover and refrigerate 20 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in wok or large skillet over high heat. Stir fry beef until no longer pink, until cooked well nice and crispy take it out in a plate and set aside. In same wok heat oil and add garlic & ginger sauté for few seconds add beef stir 1 minute and add all gravy ingredients cook 4-5 minutes add 4 tbsp of water cook another 1 minute and serve. Garnish with fresh coriander.
