  1. Prepare 500 gm flour
  2. Prepare 1 tsp Salt

  1. Add all the ingredients except veggies n make a dough
  2. Cover the mixture n let it set for half an hour
  3. Meanwhile chopped all the veggies finely
  4. Now take a ball from dough n flatten with roll
  5. First flatten 2 balls, between them put some cheese.
  6. Then, flatten it like chapati.
  7. Now, put some finely chopped capsicum, paneern tomato on it.
  8. At last, sprinkle red n green food color.
  9. Put it in tandoor for 3-5 minutes
  10. Your crispy naan is ready. Serve it with gravy
  11. If you want to make it instant, make a dough with eno.
