  1. Take Red Food Colour
  2. Get 1/4 cup Cabbage finely chopped
  3. Make ready 1/4 cup Carrot finely chopped
  4. Make ready 1/4 cup Green capsicum finely chopped
  5. Take Oil for deep Frying
  6. Get 3 cups Basmati rice cooked
  7. Make ready 2 teaspoons Vinegar
  8. Take to taste Salt
  9. Get 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  10. Take 1-1 1/2 tablespoons Refined flour (maida)
  11. Prepare Oil 1 tbsp oil for deep-frying
  12. Prepare 2 tablespoons Green chilli sauce
  13. Get Garlic chopped
  14. Get inch Ginger finely chopped1
  15. Take Green chillies finely chopped1-2
  16. Get Onion finely chopped
  17. Get 1/4 cup Cabbage shredded
  18. Get Green capsicum cut into juliennes1/4 medium
  19. Prepare Fresh coriander sprigs 6-8
  20. Take cup Spring onion greens finely chopped1/4
  21. Make ready Ajinomoto
Instructions to make Vegetable Manchurian Rice:
  1. To prepare Manchurian balls, combine finely chopped cabbage, carrot,finely chopped capsicum, add salt per taste mix well and take out the access water then add chopped green chilli,chopped ginger, chopped garlic green chilli sauce, salt, refined flour, cornstarch and mix. Add some water and knead well.
  2. Heat sufficient oil in a pan
  3. Deep-fry each ball in hot oil on low heat till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper
  4. To prepare Manchurian rice, heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan. Add ginger, garlic, green chillies and onion and sauté for a minute. shredded cabbage, capsicum juliennes, chop beans,chop green chilli. Cook for one minute
  5. Add cooked,chilli sauce, Schezwan Fired Rice Masala, Ajinomoto,Add salt per taste,Add venegar.cook for one minute
  6. And spread evenly on top of prepared Manchurian balls and cook for a minute. Mix well
  7. Finely chop coriander sprigs, add to pan alongwith spring onion greens. Switch off heat and mix well
