  13. Take For korma curry preparation
  14. Prepare as needed Oil
  15. Make ready 4-5 spoon Ghee
  16. Get 2 Tej patta-
  17. Make ready 4 Cardamom-
  18. Make ready 4-5 Cloves-
  19. Get 2 Dalchini- (medium size)
  20. Prepare 1tsp Turmeric-
  21. Prepare 2.5tsp Red chilli powder-
  22. Get 1tsp Garam masala-
  23. Take 1tsp Coriander powder-
  24. Get 1.5tsp Korma masala-
  25. Take -1tsp Jeera powder
  26. Make ready to taste Salt -
  27. Take 50gms Curd -
  28. Get 1.5 tsp each Ginger garlic paste -
  29. Take As required Coriander leaves (chopped)
Instructions to make Chicken korma:
  1. Add chicken marination masala and keep overnight or at least 1-2 hour
  2. Grind to a paste(onion,tomato, cashews and Chilli)
  3. Heat oil in vessel, add whole spices and all masalas, add marinated chicken and fry till 5 minutes, add curd, ginger garlic paste,mix it, add grinded paste,add coriander (chopped) add water as needed according to gravy consistency and let it cook for 30 minutes then add fried onions and let cook on medium flame till 3 minutes
  4. Dish is Ready to eat. Garnish and serve hot.
