Steps to make Chessy Chicken Stuffing:
  1. Heat olive oil and butter together nd saute chicken in it until it starts getting golden crust on it.
  2. Now add veggies of our choice (I have taken capsicum, carrot, onion and sweet corns) and red chilli flakes. And saute it nicely for 1 min.
  3. Add cheese and cream at this stage and put lid on. Let it cook for 2-3 min. Sprinkle some salt and pepper. And our stuffing is ready to use.
  4. We can substitute Chicken with Paneer i.e. Cottage Cheese, Soya Nuggets, Boiled Baby Potatos or many other things…
