  6. Pour into a large oven proof dish. Take a sheet of filo pastry and scrunch up, place on top of pie filling. Repeat until mixture is covered in pastry.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over and bake at 190c for 20 mins until golden brown.

Add oil to pan; swirl to coat. Just grease a baking dish and pour in your chicken pot pie filling. Then top with biscuits in a layer, brush the tops with buttermilk, and bake until biscuits are fluffy and cooked through.
