  25. Take 1/4 cup coconul milk
  26. Make ready 1 egg light beaten
  27. Prepare 2 tbsp rice flour

  10. Check the rice half way through and give a gentle mix with chopstick.
  11. For the lemongrass chicken :
  12. Rub the chicken with salt and wash clean
  13. Dry the chicken using kitchen towel
  14. Marinade the chicken with the paste
  15. Add coconut milk,egg and rice flour
  16. Marinade for 1 to 2 hours.Keep in refrigerator.
  17. Then deep fry until the meat is cook.
