Directions For the chicken marinade: Whisk together the yogurt, ginger, salt, chili powder, garam masala, pepper, turmeric and garlic in a large bowl until combined. Toss the chicken in the spiced.   7. Once chicken is cooked sprinkle fenugreek leaves and garam masala.
  8. Serve with Indian Naan bread or Roti.
