  4. Mix the sauce: rice wine, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce with the ratio 8:2:1 add it into the wok, turn to low heat, stew for 10min until the sauce dry
  5. Add salt, black pepper, sesame oil and basil, stir fry for last 1 min
