5. Take a bowl, add flour, salt and desi ghee and knead it with warm water and take a rest for 15 mins.
6. Heat the pan, spread oil on one side of tortilla and cook on both sides.
7. Add cheese, cooked chicken with vegetables and again put some cheese and cover with another tortilla and brush oil.
8. When one side is toasted, flip toast from another side until cheese melts.
