  18. Get 1 tbsp tomato sauce

My version of Kadai chicken: Here, in this recipe I have not combined all the kadai masala ingredients but added each of them individually as these spice ingredients are always handy in Indian kitchens. My family said the same dish at the restaurant doesn't come even close.

Steps to make Kadai chicken:
  1. Take chicken marinate with curd,ginger garlic paste,salt,kadai chicken masala,red chilli,coriander and turmeric powder, marinate
  2. Then take onion chopped finely then take tomato and mke puree keep it ready
  3. Then take pan put butter put garammasala crackle then put chopped onion saute then put tomato puree 1tbsp tomato sauce then put the marinated chickn and hlf glass water let it cook fr atls 15mins then open the lid put the crushed kasuri methi and pudina leaves and again keep it for cook atls for 10mins
  4. Then open the lid and serve it in a plate and garnish with pudina leaves
