  4. After 10 mins remove the cakes from their tins and leave to cool completely on a wire rack.
  5. Shape it then then dust the top with icing sugar.

Serve it on its own with lightly sweetened whipped cream, or use it to make Ginger. This delightful keto gingerbread cake reminds me of grandma's wonderful cake. It's fluffy, moist, and very flavorful. When I embarked on making a low carb version, I had my suspicions.
