  1. Make ready 300 g self raising flour
  2. Get 3 beaten eggs at room temperature

  6. Make ready Juice of one lemon
  7. Take About 200 ml of milk at room temperature
  8. Prepare 100 g melted butter

  4. Leave to cool and serve with a good sprinkling of icing sugar

DIRECTIONS In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, soda and salt. Make a well in the center and set aside. In a medium bowl combine eggs, oil, apple juice and vanilla. Stir in the apples and walnuts. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool.
